Neon White is Only Effective under Black Lights. Neon white is very sheer in all brands under regular light. You only need a very thin transparent layer to get a strong glow under black light. If close to the black light it will reflect the blue glow from the bulb like you see in the sample pic. Regular white face paint doesn’t glow under black light.
This is Global Body Arts New Line of Water Based Special FX Paint – Apply with a dampened sponge or brush. We recommend that you apply water to your brush or sponge and then load the paint rather than spraying your paints. This line of paint may require a bit more water than other brands. The first time you use some colors you might need to work the color until your break the “waxy” barrier.
Please Note: Neon colors, like in other brands, are made with pigments that have not been approved by the FDA to be used on cosmetics (the FDA has not tested them yet for cosmetic use) but they have been independently tested and have been determined safe for cosmetic use by independent laboratories. Following FDA guidelines these colors are labeled as a Special FX product to be used on prosthetics, clothing, etc. These paints contain no perfume to reduce the risk of allergic reactions.
