I found this great news story/video from CBS about World famous body painter Guido Daniele and a body painting gig he did for a jewelery fashion show. Body painting is really becoming very popular in the commercial world, if you want to start doing body painting aswell as face painting….there is a demand for it.

I also wanted you to see this video in the hope that many of you will take your art work a little more seriously, and realise that you’re not just dabbling in paint with the kiddies… You are an artist, and that is something to be respected. It is something that you can make a career out of whilst bringing happiness, fun and inspiration to everyone around you

Wow! He creates beautiful works of art and enhances the human body in different ways!
My comment has more to do with the so many celebrities, who though they think they are fine artists, actually pretty much suck at it. They get huge amounts of money, thousands, for crap work. I showed in a New York gallery a few years ago,had to rent my space, and sold little of nothing for work a hundred times better. As for the body painters, same stuff, different kind of canvas…it’s (was) unique, but I was body painting at little old Western Illinois University in 1967. Some are good, some aren’t. This guy is good. More power to him.
