i would love some designs for adults halloween facepainting. some tips on cuts and bruising would be great!
I have just started to have a go at facepainting, purely for my kids, parties and their friends, but i’m finding it a little difficult to keep my hand so still that i don’t get wobbly outlines etc! Is there a secret to holding the brushes in order to get straighter lines or will this come with practice???
Ps. The website is great!!!
Hi Jean,
Most beginners have trouble keeping their painting hand still, because they’re trying to be too careful, and paint really slowly.
Try practicing on your arms or legs, painting straight lines, with speed.
Experiment with the amount of pressure that you apply and remember to hold your brush like a pen when doing intricate work.
