facepainting brushesHere’s a tip  about taking care of your facepainting brushes that was sent into FacePaintingTips.com by one of our subscribers - Lita. Thanks for the tip Lita :-) Here’s what she had to say…

“I read your tip of taking care of the facepainting brushes.  Let me share with you the way I use for cleaning my brushes, maybe this help you. I normally paint with flowers and landscapes with acrylic, and now I want to learn facepainting.

The way I take care of my facepainting brushes is after washing with soap and water I put a rubber band in the brush handle and let it hanging in some place in the kitchen or in the bathroom.  In that way the water inside the bristles are going to drain and the brushes maintain its form.” facepainting_brushes
